Similan's rental manager - Dr Johann Stimie speaks at the Real Estate & Infrastructure Summit
Optimise rental investment opportunities through utilities management innovation.
Research shows that 460 000 housing units per year are required for the next 12 years to address the current housing demand for urban homes in South Africa.
At the African Real Estate & Infrastructure Summit at the Sandton Convention Centre, Dr. Johann Stimie, founder of SmartMatter, a utilities management innovation company, and Rental Portfolio Manager of Similan, will present solutions to the inherent problems associated with large scale property developments at 4pm on Thursday 11 October 2018.
The session “Shaping the Future of Residential Housing Projects – Breakthrough in Mindset and Technology” will look at specific areas where SMART technology can be used to optimise the utilities supply chain, utilities distribution and physical asset management process.
Stimie is steering the implementation of smart technology applications and systems to better distribute and optimise utilities by means of an infrastructure that drastically reduce financial loss. This is not only good news for investors and landlords, but also address the responsibility to the market in creating opportunities for them to better control utilities usage and protect their credit record.
Dr. Johann Stimie is an experienced director of operations with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. He holds a (PhD) in Industrial Engineering.
